Für 2 Tage in Ordnung

Das Zimmer (205) riecht sehr stark, musste zweimal meine Kleider waschen um den Geruch zu beseitigen. Fűr 2 Tage war es aber ok. Die Dame am Empfang gibt alles um ihnen im Fragefall zu helfen, hat auch kein Problem Telefonate zu führen um infos zu erlangen.

Let down by Hotels.com

I did not get to stay at the hotel I was told I did not have reservation for me even tho I paid in full for 3 nightsand had a confirmation I contacted Hotels.com and was issued a refund which was sent back to my card so for my weekend I got to experience what being homeless was like

WE LIKE THE SANCTUARY, A FEW MISSTEPS HERE AND THE

MY HUSBAND & I LIKE THIS HOTEL, LITTLE KITCHEN/LIVING AREA, RESORT FEE IS REASONABLE FOR WHAT IT COVERS, BREAKFAST IS PLEASANT NOT GOURMET BUT GOOD. THE HOTEL USED TO SHARE POOL WITH BENTLEY AND THE GALE. NOW IT IS JUST THE GALES WHICH IS VERY NICE. NO KEURIG CUPS FOR KEURIG COFFEE MAKER SO WE BOUGHT OUR OWN. THE HOTEL IS A KEEPER.

ótima localização e custo beneficio razoável

A recepcionista Danasha fez total diferença em minha estada. simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar, porém minha suíte era muito velha e a limpeza do hotel e dos quartos não foi uma das melhores. O café da manhã é bem ruim, não vale como referência. A localização é ótima, perto de muitos bares e locais recompras, além da praia.

Muito bom!

Hotel agradável, tem um restaurante muito gostoso apesar de um pouco caro, funcionarios gentis e simpaticos, 5 minutos a pé da Linconl Road, estacionamento tambem um pouco caro, 35 dolares por dia, porém, a localizacao do hotel e o tamanho do quarto me farão voltar varias vezes ainda....

Sanctuary Hotel. A bit disappointing...

Was a bit disappointed in the bathrooms that were in need of renovation. The staff was friendly. The valet parking was quite expensive (no free parking available).

Horrible!!!

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Lorsque vous arrivez à la réception, il n'y a personne pour vous accueillir. Nous avons attendu plusieurs minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous répondre. La personne attitrée à la réception était habillée comme monsieur madame tout le monde on aurait même pas dit qu'elle travaillait à l'hôtel et elle n'avait pas d'étiquette avec son nom. Elle ne nous a pas parlé de ce qui était compris avec l'hôtel comme les chaises sur la plage, serviettes etc. Nous lui avons demandé comment se rendre à la piscine et elle nous a indiqué le toit. Nous nous sommes rendues sur le toit mais la piscine était VIDE! pas de piscine. Pourquoi ne pas nous avoir dit plus tôt que le piscine était fermée? Par après, elle nous mentionne que nous avons accès à la piscine du Gale. Pas fort quand nous devons payer des frais de 15 $ par jour pour une piscine qui n'est pas ouverte. Le déjeuner manque de variété et si vous arrivez trop tard il ne reste plus rien. Pour ce qui est de la chambre sans commentaire. Il y a beaucoup de bruit autour et à un moment donné nous avons entendu les bruits d'un animal qui courrait dans la ventilation. Hey oui c'était des RATS!! On pouvait entendre les bruits et ils courraient au-dessus de nos têtes. Nous avons demandé d'être placées au deuxième étage. Pour un hôtel classé 4 étoiles ce n'est pas normal qu'il y aille des rats dans la ventilation je n'ai même jamais vu ça dans un hôtel de catégorie inférieure!

Good location, deceiving photos.

Great location close to the beach, main shopping areas, tour companies & public transport. Breakfast included- great- but very simple: cereal, toast, pastries & fruit. No eggs or meats and its first come first serve. They don't seem to restock. However, breakfast is breakfast! We were still happy to have it. The beach area was fantastic, Take note that umbrellas are $19 USD in addition to the resort fee. The room was clean but looked about 10 years older than the pictures online. Many things needed replacing inside our room visually, but for the most part it was functional and comfortable. Be aware that the pool and gym in the images aren't on site, but are only a 1 minute walk to the neighbouring hotel which sanctuary guests are welcome to use included with hotel fees.

Good location for what is worth

We had an early morning flight, and they wasn't able to give us a room till 2hours later. It is very humid inside of the room, but that's most places in Miami for you. We were told we can use beach chairs with another hotel , which we got rejected. If you are paying $100 for this hotel , not bad, otherwise not worth the buck

Jättefint och mysigt hotell, nära till allt!

Jättefint hotell med minisviter och takpool. Trevlig personal och 5 min till stranden där man även har tillgång till solstolar och parasoll. Mycket nära till allt, mat, shopping, nattkklubbar m.m. Endast 5 min promenad till populära Ocean Drive. Rekommenderas varmt!
