Location was amazing. Room was ready when we arrived and staff was super nice and helpful. The pool area is really nice and the beach service is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the room we got on the 2nd floor was noisy due to some kind of engine that runs all night and we were moved to one on the 1st floor that was quieter but dark. But overall, we had great time at the San Juan hotel. Recomend!

It was super close to the convention center, restaurants and night life. Claudio was super amazing and made sure we received a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday!
