It needs some TLC the sofa needs to be cleaned it smells. I did like the location to everything and the beach. Would be nice to have beach chairs since it’s close to the beach we would have loved that. The space was nice for the stay.

This was directly across the beach which was great, the food options were endless! The room was cleaned the only thing that was an issue is the bed was so hard! It felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Did I like the location yes, would I stay here again No.

Perfect stay

The beds were amazing. They were so big and comfortable. The guy on the desk Asra was so nice and very helpful. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and a good power on it .

The location is awesome, and the beach access makes for great people watching. The check-in process is easy as long as you read all of the instructions. The room was clean with the exception of a little mold underneath the cupboard, but Florida humidity will do that just about anywhere. The property staff is kind and welcoming, but communication from the booking office is terrible. When I departed from the property, I left a few items behind including my car keys. I contacted the booking office several times to try to obtain my items, and was repeatedly told that they were looking into it and to call back. After a few weeks of that, I assumed they have been lost. If you read these reviews, please help me find my keys.

Communication was great, love the location, cleanliness and safe, love the cooling towels, stocked kitchenette, Wish there was towel holders in bathroom, fan in bathroom doesn’t work, wish for shade in kitchen and room darkened curtains, carpet or rug so it is quieter upstairs. Not property’s fault, but nearby costumers was playing loud music through 2am

The entrance code sent didn't work initially but a call to the property fixed that after we were given a new code. There is an entrance desk but we did not see any management sitting there in the 3 days we were there. The front of the property is empty and looks like it needs some work, you enter from the side entrance. The location was 5 stars. Everything on ocean drive was within a short walkable distance. The apartment itself was a studio with a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, plates and cutlery etc. There was a steam, iron and hair dryer provided as well. It was clean overall but with a mild chemical smell, noticeable initially but easy to get over. It was quiet inside the building and we didn't have any issues with noise. We were given enough towels for our 3 day stay. Overall I would stay here again, especially because the location was unbeatable.

This property needs better checkin communication. You take out your own trash. Nobody to talk to in person. Towels dirty curtains dirty . Unfinished painted walls . Very disappointed. Location ocean view perfect.

Property organization was not good when we pulled up we couldn’t get our codes to get in to the property didn’t actually check in until 5pm and we were the only guest with that problem

Located close to ocean drive which is great. However the overall experience was not great because of the following: We arrived 4:30 pm with cleaning ladies still being in the room, they were not able to understand a single word in English, communication with manager was really bad as well, they promised to call back but didn’t. We needed to leave the apartment and come back later again. my messages were ignored, despite sending it to both phone numbers that were mentioned to be available. After two days in the middle of the night (1 am), I received an answer asking for my room number (which I stated in the previous message) nothing more. Really disrespectful. They threaten with a horrendous fee if arriving early or leaving late but cannot manage to clean the room by the time they claim check in is available. Also, the only windows in the apartment are in the bedroom. So only artificial light in the living and dining area. Not looking like on the images here. Parking not available.
