The room was dirty and had roaches. The staff was very rude. We had to beg for toiletries. No one came to clean our room the entire stay. The breakfast was awful.

We had three one night stays over a span of 4 weeks. The first 2 stays, we were meant to feel like we were intruding on the front staff. Very disinterested in their jobs and their customers and unhelpful with regards to when the shuttle would be arriving. During our first stay, the shuttle was 50 minutes late picking us up from the hotel. We caught an Uber to the airport- the shuttle arrived at the same time as our Uber. The rooms are sub par. The floor was filthy, hair in the sheets and threadbare towels. The bathroom taps were loose. The coffee maker didn’t have the basket for the coffee pod. The breakfast was laughable. The coffee was terrible and the food itself was meagre. Overall, there is no quality in the Quality Inn. After staying there, we read many reviews and the vast majority had nothing good to say about the place. We second that viewpoint. The desk staff we met were rude and couldn’t care less about providing good service. This particular hotel needs a complete overhaul.

I have no proof that the bed was dirty or had bedbugs but I was uncomfortable enough that even though the room was paid for through Expedia, I booked another room at a more expensive hotel and slept there for the 4 night I was supposed to stay at this hotel.

This is the worst place I have ever been. Not stayed. Been. We checked out after the first night. Room at feces and mold. Smelled of drugs and rotten eggs. There’s mold on the mattresses and if you ask for fresh sheets they will tell you to do it yourself. Also no hot water. This place is a bio-hazard and should not be in business.

I booked and stayed for four nights, checking out on Thursday 05 Feb, and unfortunately the overall experience fell far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. From the outset, there were serious housekeeping issues. Upon initial check-in, I found multiple strands of hair on the bed and requested a room change. After being moved, I later returned to find multiple strands of hair again on the bed in the new room. The following morning, I discovered additional hair beneath the pillow, beneath the sheets, and throughout the room, including on the shower curtain. The widespread presence of hair strongly suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or deep-cleaned prior to my arrival. The bedding itself appeared questionable, with a brownish film or residue visible on the sheets, as though they had not been properly washed. I was also informed that housekeeping services were provided only upon request, and as a result, the room was not cleaned during the duration of my stay. The bathroom conditions were also unacceptable. There was visible mold along the bathtub and in the corners, which I did raise during my stay. This, combined with the overall state of the room, contributed to a clear lack of hygiene and upkeep. Compounding these concerns, the telephone in the room did not function at all. Any attempt to reach the front desk required physically walking there or using my personal mobile phone. I will be sending an email to corporate.

Room was ok but I was given the wrong information about the free shuttle. Our changed flight didn't get into Miami until 11:30pm. I called the hotel and was told the last shuttle was at 8pm. We had to pay $35 + tip for an Uber. I'm not pleased.

The room was dilapidated, the heater looked like it was smashed with a sledge hammer, there appeared to be black mold growing on the ceiling of the shower area, there are black spots everywhere. The bedding is not white as pictured. There were only two extremely lumpy pillows which needed to be retired long ago. The hotel was quiet, it's only plus. There is some green tablecloth thing on the bed. There is only one chaise lounge at the pool which is split and you can't sit on it. The coffee was awful, the juice was warm and the pool needed to be cleaned. The staff is far from friendly. I am scratching this chain off of my list of places to stay. Go elsewhere.

Horrible experience: Mold smell in the entire room Water slashing when you take a shower under the bathtub, you can actually step on the water bubble in the bathtub. Sheets hasn’t been changed, we has to sleep in our clothes Atrocious customer service We were charged multiple times for things that we never purchased and we weren’t even in the hotel at the time. No communication of why charges occurred. They just decided to charge the card for their convenience. Lack of help and support Manager not on sight the whole week Rude staff, not able to have a normal conversation and resolve problems associated with the hotel Floors are dirty and has never been cleaned Headboard has black dirty stains all over it. The worst stay in this hotel. We booked a 5 day stay but need to checked out the following day due to horrible smell of the room. Never again in this hotel! I will never stay in Quality Inn chain of hotels.
