This hotel or room was way overpriced for what we actually got this room should’ve been free in my opinion. They didn’t let us check in until 4pm when we got there at 10am , did not inform us that check in was at 4pm at all . Took 2 hours before they even responded to an email , phone call or text . Hotel floor was being painted , elevator seemed like it was too old and was going to collapse besides the fact it would take 10 minutes to even getting on one . I did not enjoy my experience with this hotel what so ever I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Although I’ve had amazing experiences in the past, this time was extremely different. Upon arrival the front desk lady was extremely rude if it wasn’t for the other guys at the desk I wouldn’t have been able to purchase another room. Leo and Christian at the restaurant/ bar we’re the only reason I would consider having a cocktail at the bar they were super nice and professional! Housekeeping came to my room 1 time during a 3 day stay. On the day of checkout valet took my bags but to my surprise once at the airport no bags were in my trunk...so yes I missed my flight. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially on weekends as they are “busy” which is the excuse I heard multiple times when they made numerous mistakes.

We stayed in a privately owned condo in this hotel. Although the front desk will check you in, they have no control over the unit. There were no tissues, extra toilet paper or amenities in the bathroom and no dish soap or towels in the kitchen even though it is a full kitchen. The hotel won't supply anything and I called the management company for the unit 3 times with no response. So beware you must shop to enjoy your vacation and don't expect additional service. There is also a resort fee you must pay but the concierge and the beach and bar staff are good. The hotel is a little "tired" and could be cleaner.

It was within walking distance of shopping and dining. A nice grocery store one block away. The Kruieg coffee maker didn’t work in our room. And the microwave made a heck of a racket. The apartment was fairly comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The property was fine. The check-in service was quite confusing with duplicate check-in procedural between the property owner and the resort check-in desk overlap ie photo requirement, credit card copy, deposits etc..

Would not stay at condos!! Book direct to hotel!

This is not a direct book through hotel, which was a huge pain! The website for ERO rentals is not secure and they want you to send a picture of your credit card and license which is not a good way to do business. This also means you don’t check in with front desk and different cleaning service. Felt a little harassed about what time we were getting there so someone could meet us. We were driving in felt like I had an appt time instead of enjoying the drive. I had to text 30 min prior to our arrival which I did and then there was no one to meet us and we were able to check in with front desk. Then there was no coffee in the room (I was so looking forward to morning coffee on the balcony) it took a couple days to get coffee. Stains on the carpet and shower and cabinets need repair. Would not stay through them again but would book directly through hotel!

This was my wife and I first time visiting the resort. We was able to check in early and we was given a late check out with no additional fee. The hotel staff was polite and friendly. We really enjoyed the ocean and the city view balcony. However, the front of the hotel was under construction. Nevertheless, the stay was excellent and the people was great.

Comprei gato por lebre.

Primeiramente fiz uma reserva de um apartamento no hotel pel Expédia, e quando fui fazer o check-in me informaram que se tratava de um apartamento privado e não pertencia ao hotel. Até aí tudo bem, a Expedia não me informou isto, não sei se deveria informar ou não. Fiquei 4 noites, limparam o quarto somente 02 vezes. Na minha saída pedi na recepção um “late check-out”, e me disseram que por se tratar de um apartamento privado eles não podiam me dar; pediram para eu ligar para o dono do apartamento, e me passaram o número do telefone dele. Lembrando que isto tudo lá nos EUA. Quanto ao hotel ele está em uma grande reforma, não tem nem acesso a recepção. Tive que entrar todas as vezes pela garagem subterrânea para poder acessar o hotel. O quarto em frente ao que fiquei também estava em reforma, sujeira e barulho total. Resumindo péssima experiência com a reserva pela expedia e com o hotel.
