Walls were extremely thin. Staff at front desk had attitude whenever we came to the front desk. Room had a broken ceiling fan and no ac. Tv didn’t work. Asked for someone to come take a look and they denied help. Only plus for the room was that it was close to the beach

The hotel is poorly managed. Front desk staff is rude, the system doesn't sync with Expedia which resulted in staff member entering my room without permission at midnight claiming I'm in the wrong room and demand my signature to re-arrange the room. This is totally unacceptable. The worst experience I ever had!

The lobby is very decieving. The rooms are filthy. Hair globs all over the houkeeping was sent and she just swung a nasty mop around thus explaining the balls of hair everwhere. The ready room had makeup on the sheetsand hair betwen then layers. No blankets are in the rooms and yoy cannot controll the cold ac they pump in. I have to beg.... the rhe bathroom again hair and white dust on tub and walls. Garbage including sanitary items in rhe garbage can. Towels were no where to be found. When i asked it was a problem i dareto ask. They finaly brought me 3 hand towels for 2 adults is my alotment,they said. Remote for TVno where to be found they only have a few and there first come only. Hide it if you reserve for housekeeping to reset the room rhey take it and you have to go ask again. Yep its back to first come. The employess openly saying not my problem make a comment and go back yo your room i heard them tell a lady. The permit and posted fire saftey / busines license is expired. If e pedia ever wants me to travel again with them

Customer service was rude and very impatient. The bath towels was so small and thin It was falling apart as we wipe our face. We had to ask for toilet paper. No one clean our room or empty the garbage. Very very disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone. False advertising. You should investigate before posting them on Expedia. We deserve a partial refund.

The room itself was very basic, the towels old, the mattress thin, and the bed rickety; the comforter wasn't clean. There is no air conditioning in the room (at least I couldn't find a switch), and the ceiling fan was noisy. The staff was overall pleasant, but the experience wasn't very welcoming.

It seemed clean but lacked the basics you’d expect your hotel room to have, such as, hand towels, washcloths, adequate soap and shampoo (only one tiny bar of soap that we had to use for shower and hand washing) and shampoo (one very small packet of shampoo for two women). We were told the room temperature, which was uncomfortably warm, could not be adjusted because hotel was all one temperature. We noticed the thermostat by vending machines was set at 80F. Website says free early check in is available after 2pm but said check in couldn’t be done until 4pm.
