Bra boende. OK vistelse.

Vi bodde 2 vuxna och 2 barn i 3 nätter på detta ställe. Väldigt stor och rymlig lägenhet som hade det mesta. Det enda som behöver uppgraderas är den knakande sängen som störde oss hela nätterna igenom. Läget var väldigt fint och lugnt, men man behöver bil för att ta sig runt och främst till stranden som ligger 10 min bilfärd bort. Det finns en mataffär på 10 min promenadavstånd. Det vi vill anmärka på förutom sängen är att det vid inceck var städerskan som tog emot och hon undrade vilket rum vi bokat vilket vi tillsammans fick luska ut och hoppades på att ha fått rätt. Det saknades toalettpapper vilket vi påpekade. Vi fick 1 o 1/2 rulle inga nycklar till rummet och inga instruktioner sen var hon puts väck. Dagen efter träffade vi en granne som hjälpte oss kontakta ägaren för att få tag på nyckel så att vi kunde gå ut. Senare på kvällen så fick vi reda på att vi var tvungna att ha parkeringstillstånd för att parkera utanför vilket ingick i priset. Denna info hade vi inte fått och som tur var så blev det inga konsekvenser av att ha parkerat olagligt 2 nätter. Vi kontaktade ägaren dagen efter och påpekade detta samt att vi saknade toalettpapper sen dag 2 vilket hon ordnade fram snabbt tillsammans med parkeringstillstånd. Vid utcheck så lämnade vi utan någon att lämna nyckel till och åkte vidare. Enligt min synpunkt hade det räckt bra med ett välkomstbrev med instruktioner och vi hade varit nöjda så där har man lite att jobba på för att höja standard.

The apts are nice and cozy, well equipped a relaxing environment although tv channels are limited and the signal is weak. The plumbing needs improvement and the parking is terrible. There are no designated parking areas for the guest. The apts have a small stretch besides the building but it's very uncomfortable. If you park you car first and you need to leave early you will most likely wake up the other guest staying in order for them to move their vehicle so you can take out yours. Other than that the place is ok.

Lejlighed indrette i smagfuld kolonistil. Køkken med opvaskemaskine - hvis man selv har tabs, karklude, viskestykke og lign. med. Ingen rengøring overhovedet i de 6 dage vi var der og heller intet til man selv lige kunne feje eller lign. Det kunne have været rart at vide på forhånd.

The apt was really nice. But two things were annoying. The free parking was not explained resulting in tickets. The ladder in the dock was not high enough as the water got low. It was difficult to get out & the bernacles gave cuts to every one. Text messages were not answered.

Großes Appartement am Yachthafen

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir den Schlüssel über einen Briefumschlag. Obwohl im Brief vermerkt (Check-In am nächsten Morgen) haben wir erst am vierten Tag jemanden gesehen (den Hausmeister). So war es natürlich schwierig, sich über eine defekte Küchenbeleuchtung, den schlecht funktionierenden Spülkasten oder fehlendes Toilettenpapier auszutauschen. Die Parkplätze an der Unterkunft teilt man sich mit anderen Gästen in einer Einfahrt; heißt will einer raus, müssen alle raus. Ansonsten gibt es alles was man benötigt und es ist hübsch eingerichtet. Zum Strand muss man das Auto nutzen (Parkgebühren 10€/4h und ohne Hotel am Strand werden auch die Liegen teuer 70€/ 2Liegen+1Schirm). Besser alles mitbringen.

Great location

Great apartment! The PM was very kind with us. Parking was a bit complicated, we parked in front as told but got a parking ticket. The PM took care of it, but had to double park for the rest of stay in the alley next to house. Very small kitchen with tiny table for 3 people. But other than that, great place and very confortable!

Personalet var super søde, hotellet var dog ikke som vi troede og det lå langt væk for alting. Det et must at have bil, hvis man vil bo her, desværre.

Fin, ren, romslig og velutstyrt leilighet!

Vi bodde i bayside suite med 2 soverom. Ren og velpleid leilighet som stod til forventningene! Perfekt når man reiser med barn. Vi hadde leiebil, og man bør være oppmerksom på at det tar ca 25 min med bil, for å komme til art deco distrikt. Men det så ikke vi på som noe problem. Det var godt å ha litt mer plass når man var hjemme, enn hva man har på et hotellrom! Vi kunne nyte en kopp te på brygga på morgen, og ungene kunne løpe rundt og se etter iguaner! Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!

Top Unterkunft / Führung genauso!

Großartige Unterkunft. Von Küche bis zum Bad. Nichts zu meckern. Höchstens erwähnenswert ist die Lage, die zwar absolut sicher ist, aber nicht allzu viel bietet. Man muss raus fahren bei fast jeder Gelegenheit. Schade das es kein Frühstück gab, aber da kann man nichts machen. Das war uns ja auch vorher klar.

As a family of 4, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable in a quiet location. We enjoyed a few barbecues with a fabulous view over the water, watching the sun go down. Helene the owner made us feel very welcome and we would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments for a short stay or a holiday,

Great hotel in a quiet area surrounded by water

We were made to feel at home from the very first email contact with Helene. This is a small complex with owner and staff living on the property and we felt like their personal guests. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like at home from the moment we arrived. We loved lazing around outside the porch in the courtyard when it was too warm to sit outside in the comfortable lounge furniture overlooking the bay and marina.

Great place and location.

If you need privacy and an apartment in Miami, this is the perfect place. Only downsides are parking can be tricky if you don't get a spot early. Also if you get the bottom floor apartment you will have to endure your neighbors upstairs walking around. Location and actual units are very nice.

This place was perfect! I stayed here for Art Basel a super convenient. Without traffic you can easily get to south beach in less then 15 mins! Loved the place and great staff. Couldn't feel more welcomed and would totally book again.

On north bay Island in Miami this gem of apartment abodes is well-designed, quiet, clean and spacious ... and a good value compared to other places we have stayed for multi-day trips with a party of 3-5 people.

Nice apartment in a quiet area of north beach

3 nuits à Miami

Très bon séjour, hôtel idéalement placé à Miami. Parking aisé et gratuit. Les appartements sont grands, bien décorés, propre et bien équipés. Helene est très sympa également et tient à dispo de tous des serviettes de plage, parasols, jeux. Attention, ce n'est pas un hôtel classique: pas de repas, ni petit déjeuner.

Affordable and cozy accomodation

Is in a great location. Very walkabout neighborhood with ample restaurants nearby. The bathroom has original ceramic tiles and bath tub. There is an onsite laundry and you have to use quarter coins only for washing machine and dryer The price per night in this location known as Brookwood is very affordable.
