Loved the condo! Felt like home to me and my family and perfect for my roaming toddler! Everything was close by to us and free parking in the condos. They have a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator with built in water and ice dispenser, balcony, pool access, extra room with a bunk bed. You name it. Happy I chose this place over a hotel

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY. From the checkin process until we left was absolutely horrible. Checkin was at 4pm we did not get access until after 5pm due to the building not having our key fob and the code to open the door not working. Repeatedly had to contact "customer service" who were absolutely no help. Rude, disrespectful, and no help whatsoever. Was hung up on by them multiple times when trying to resolve our situation they claimed the call "dropped" LIES. They are absolute scammers!!! One of the showers were clogged our entire stay so it felt like we were taking a shower and bath at the same time. And on top of that we were only provided 2 washcloths for 5 guests in the entire apartment. The AC went off in the middle of the night multiple times. Contacted "customer service" they said they could not do anything until the morning. After our stay contacted them to get a refund of some sort and was hung up on multiple times. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The Bay Suites are absolutely horrible do not rent anything from them.

The room was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. The only issues were that the plumbing in the 2nd bathroom was bad. The toilet didn’t flush. We found a plunger which helped a little. When informed the staff about it they didn’t come to fix until the last day we were there and we no longer needed it. There was also no coffee maker which was described. I informed them about it and it seemed that they didn’t know that it wasn’t there. I ordered coffee from the store and didn’t need the maker by the time they arranged for it to be available. There were other issues, however overall it was a good stay.

Bra läge och fin lägenhet. Men allt strul sänkte intrycket. Besked om att bokningen inte existerade när vi anlände, svårigheter att få kontakt och incheckning först efter 45 min, ett kodlås som krånglade i över ett dygn (tvingades be vaktmästaren låsa och öppna vare gång). Dessutom fann vi en grisig plåt i diskmaskinen andra dygnet när vi kände att började lukta konstigt. Inga vinglas och få dricksglas kan vara bra att veta. Men som sagt. Annars fin lägenhet. Noll respons på mina klagomål var också en besvikelse

Not clise but yes No Was a working trip at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The beds were hard but I bought 3 inch foam pads and survived it.

Do not stay here. So many things were broken or broke during our stay. The desk and bunk beds were broken and we had to sleep on the floor. The matresses have no support, chairs were broke, lights and outlets were not working just to name a few. I had to fix the window so that it could be shut and locked. The management team was called every day and was told someone would come the next day but they never showed and we never received a call back. Very disappointed.
