I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was a walkable distance. They provided beach towels for free too which I think is really cool. House keeping was amazing, I was by myself and felt safe enough to walk around at late hours.

I think to sum up the experience in one sentence - you get what you pay for! The hotel itself is basic but that’s reflected in the price. The staff are amazing.. honestly I was welcomed like an old friend, despite never staying at this hotel before. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was nice as it enabled me to cook my own food and not pay the expensive food prices. Also there is ‘no resort’ fee to stay at this hotel. The hotel is on Collins avenue, meaning you are one block away from the beach and ocean drive. The only negative I has was the noise from outside which can be clearly heard in the room. This includes the constant humming of aircon units (not the one in my room), garage trucks and car alarms. This is reflected in my overall rating

My stay was amazing! I went with a couple friends for a birthday. And we had the best time in South Beach, the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach! And this hotel is in the middle of everything, I definitely will try and book this hotel again!!

Wonderful place! It is really affordable and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location is wondeful!!! I would stay here again, and price for this location is a blessing!! Bed and pillows are very comfortable and they offer coffee and continental breakfast! Absolutely love it🌴🏖️💖

Great location, nice people, comfortable stay.

Nice quiet location just a block or so from the beach and Espanola Street restaurants. Reasonably priced. Keep in mind these Art Deco District hotels are near 100 years old, so expect some wear and nostalgic features. It was a nice comfortable stay, and we would stay here again.
