The property was in a very populated area with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife (if that’s your thing). The studio was very clean and there were no issues at all. Unlike hotel rooms, I could not hear what was happening right next door, so it was quiet as well. I would stay here again.

The area was absolutely lovely, with plenty of activities to enjoy at a reasonable price. The room was spotless, although there were a few minor imperfections, but they definitely didn't detract from the overall experience. Location! Nestled into downtown Coconut Grove short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and boat docks. Room was perfect with a balcony facing the sunset. Little kitchen for making coffee in the morning. Pool facing the water with a spectacular view. I would definitely stay here again.
