DONT STAY HERE- 20 min after checking in I regretting my decision on staying! Shame on Expedia for the photos advertised cause this is NOT what the resort looks like. Dirty, dingy, under construction, bad parking, crappy view of ocean, smelly, bathrooms were gross, no hot water, no water pressure, the elevator was so small and so slow, the pool area was nasty and water had a film over it, no coffee pot!, only one microwave in the whole place and it was in the basement! Tried to get a refund and Expedia wouldn’t allow it! Shame on this site for allowing all the lies and cover up! Even the guy at the desk knew that this place was not what was advertised. Shame!! I ended up paying over $100 each day we stayed to rent a different resort for the day so my kids and I could swim and try to have fun. I stayed far away from the resort all day until it was time for bed. Only stayed because I couldn’t get my money back and it was paid for.
Pool was not the same as what was advertised!!

We only stayed one night, but it was a good overall experience. The place is a little dated, but the location is excellent, right on the beach and walkable to pretty much everything. There was some construction outside, but it wasn’t a huge issue. For the price, it was definitely worth it, and we would stay here again.

The location is excellent, by the beach and lots of restaurants around the area. I understand this hotel is older but i am sure there is a way to preserve it rather than letting it go and just doing the bare minimum to keep it operational. Staff are all friendly.

Not at all happy with the property and services compared to the heavy prices per night being charged. Never going back there and now I am having second time experience booking through Expedia that your guys standard is also very poor to list hotels on your platform

All I have to say is Richard was the only pleasant employee there. There was a gentleman that worked the dayshift and he was very rude and not supportive or caring or understanding. The elevator was broken and he didn’t even offer help. He said there is no butler service or any sort of thing and I had to bring my baggage up and down three double sets of staircases with my injuries and disability and it was unacceptable. He didn’t compensate hidden apologize. He basically offered no kindness at whatsoever. I will never ever stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it is maybe 80 years old and it’s disgustingly dirty rustic bugs everywhere it was terrible.

Do not stay here the pictures do not show what the true conditions are. This hotel should not be open. For what Miami beach represents this is not it. The bathroom was dirty. All the did was paint the entire room bathroom and tub with white paint. It was gross.

Didn’t love the pool, but being right on the beach it doesn’t matter! There was also construction going on, so we had to walk through the parking lot to get to the beach, which also isn’t a big issue. The biggest thing is that the property is old, and with that the elevator takes forever. Beautiful area though, and for the price, it was amazing.

Staff was absolutely amazing. The GM Jennifer was sweet as ever and very accommodating. Even with the construction the staff made our stay comfortable and convenient. I know where to stay every time I come to Miami.

Terrible. Al llegar tenían el ascensor dañado y me dieron habitación en el piso 6. Pedí pagar una noche y cancelar las otras dos por que nunca avisaron y me indicaron que no me devolvían el dinero. Jamás el hotel es como lo presentan en las fotos. Cortinas no cerraban bien. Alfombras manchadas, la bañera la pintaron y la pintura se está saliendo.
