We only stayed one night, but had a great experience. The room was clean and the location was really convenient. The only downside was that check-in is at a different hotel, which we didn’t realize at first, so we had to get transportation to the actual property. Other than that, everything was smooth and we’d definitely stay here again.

Do not book this place! It doesn’t look like the pictures at all! It’s all a scam! I arrived there and they gave me a completely different studio than I paid for. The one I paid for was apparently unavailable. So instead they gave me old, disgusting broken studio with dead cockroach on the floor ( that was after housekeeping) there were someone else’s hair on the floor next to bed, broken tiles on the floor (health&safety hazard? Broken tiles in the bathroom, dust and dirt on windows and all over the place. I haven’t stayed there even for 1 night as I am sure the bed had bed bugs in it. The manager doesn’t even know if I can get a full refund as this apartment wasn’t what I booked. His communication is terrible, he is not helpful at all. When I arrived there other guests were complaining that there is no hot water at all. It seems this place has a lot of issues. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book this old, dirty, rundown place!!!

If you plan on staying here more than a day, don’t do it. TV’s, oven, and microwave didn’t work in the room I stayed in. Called the front office multiple times and no one answered the phone. When I first checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude. Bed’s are uncomfortable, and the couches are worn down. Location is great because it close to the beach but that’s about it. Will never stay here again.

Very bad, I had to take an uber because my hotel was 2 miles away so I couldn’t walk in the sun. No shuttle from the check in. This is just inadmissible. No elevator for the suitcase and no one to help on the property. The room was dirty… nothing was okey and was expensive. Even in the add it said that there was a pool, but same thing, the pool was not in the building I was and I had to take a uber or walk 20 min

The ads are a bit misleading. Read the fine print. Click until you can’t click anymore. I never wrote bad reviews… but… the apartment was fabulous! Parking a nightmare. One couple had their car towed. They need to give you exact laws and information about how to park and where and where not to. Check in woman acted like I was bothering her with questions. When I called to ask about parking from my room, no answer. When I asked to speak to the front desk manager at check out, the staff couldn’t find her. The pool is NOT on site and far. You need to take some trolly to get to the one free drink happy hour at another property. Exact written directions needed for parking. People travel far and are tired… pointing doesn’t help them . I didn’t sleep well thinking I would get towed. Times on their site, google, ChatGPT were all different… then there are street cleaning days apparently . The resort fee was 30 a day for towels and some pool somewhere. Apartment was great. That’s about all. I travel a lot … I’ve never had this experience.
