The room was very clean & the rooftop pool was well maintained. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles they provided at the pool. The lobby bar was lively and overall it was a nice hotel. The elevator in the parking garage to the hotel was broken so it wasn’t too fun carrying luggage up & down stairs in 90 degrees. Also.. I booked a room for 2 adults & 3 kids and there wasn’t enough room. The sofa bed advertised is actually a single sofa chair.

We had to do an early check in and they only had the king bed accessible available so we just took that. We are really thankful to the staff for allowing us to check in at noon instead stead of waiting till 3pm as we were really tired from the flight. In general the stay was ok but the shower area was too small and not very clean. We have stayed in AC hotel many times and normally it’s clean it could be that the accessible rooms r used less often so it was not that clean
