The seemed to be very new and limited furniture and very barebones. We stayed for a few days and didn’t even have salt and pepper… didn’t even have chairs to sit on in kitchen so had to ask for those and they said they were limited on furniture. Not sure what’s going on. Regardless when we wrote the app, they came and tried to deliver what they could.

Spacious room that included a washer and dryer, well stocked with necessities, everything clean and fresh. Unfortunately the windows don’t seem to be double glazed and the street below is busy - lots of noise from motorbikes and sirens. Front desk staff were helpful but Nomada (the agent) were disorganized and difficult to get in touch with. Were it not for the excessive street noise, I’d come back.

I stayed here for a week and for the most part it was great with some major exceptions leading me to say I wouldn’t stay here again. What was great: the unit itself was spacious and had pretty much everything you could need to sustain yourself. The location is convenient as you can get to most places in the surrounding areas in 20-30 minutes. The garage was convenient but probably would have been cheaper to opt for street parking, some of which is technically free over night. What wasn’t great: Communication and having access to human customer support is essentially non-existent. The front desk staff can check you in but apparently don’t work for Nomada, so there is one single phone number to call between 8am and 9pm for any other questions/issues. The emergency line they give you says they're no longer with Nomada, so you're SOL after 9pm. AC didn't work the last few nights and was never fixed after 15-20+ phone calls/voicemails/messages (during business hours) - messages and voicemails were never responded to, claims that someone was coming to fix it weren't followed through on, then someone finally came and left without fixing it. Will not be back and expect a refund for at least two of the nights given that they were spent sweating in a humid, 74-76 degree room.

We had 3 rooms very nice but..... They advertise a bar - bar not open we were told they have no permits to open expedia does not advertise the bar but the hotels/residence website does - room extremely small for the money Check in they where very dismissive VIP - you get nothing 2 room no toiletries Could not get extra towels they told us to wash them housekeeping on request yeah for additional fee free 2 bottles of water bedroom has no windows I guess not what we thought it would be. i would have stayed somewhere else. If you go to the front desk they cant help you they give you a number to call. Not a great experience for us. called expedia 1st person i spoke to told me bar amenity not important not answer i was looking for but after that spoke to other reps and they tried to help best they could.

An excellent choice for accommodations in the Miami Beach area. The unit was precisely as advertised, including partial views to the ocean and excellent view of the pool area. The host gave very timely responses to any messages sent or additional requests made. Friendly, courteous, professional staff made the Check-in and Checkout process seamless. Overall, an excellent stay.

There were multiple stains on the quilt and dark black hair on the top sheet as well as dark hair on the bathroom sink and bathroom floor. I took pictures of all the areas described above and showed them to the gentleman at the front desk. I was told the manager will be in contact with me, unfortunately he did not respond. The second evening there the person at the front desk called the manager and handed me the phone. Twenty minutes a member of housekeeping brought up fresh sheets and quilt. We were very disappointed with the cleaning service we had received as well as the lack of response from the manager.

Front desk staff great. Property amenities nice. This was my 3rd stay- highest priced unit- needed bit more furniture, couple lamps or dimmable overhead lights, a microwave and place for soap in shower vs. floor. Huge balcony but only few chairs, no loungers. Direct Ocean view nice but not worth the extra money- will always have some kind of water view. Worst is construction of 4-5 buildings anll around is super noisy- many times thru the night, but underway by 7am even on Saturday morning. Finally communicating with Nomada was very difficult. They dont respond with anything but automated emails. Front desk couldn’t get them to return calls either. Very annoying.

We stayed for 4 nights and the place is amazing! It was clean and staff at front desk was very friendly. The building has huge pool which kids loved. It is located one block from beach. Definitely would love to go back!

Our unit met and exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Everything was clean and nicely furnished - felt brand new. The living room area is a bit small, but we had enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids, and having two full bathrooms was perfect. The main bathroom was very spacious. The large balcony was so nice to have and we had a beautiful view overlooking the pool, Miami skyline in one direction and some ocean views in the other. We enjoyed the pool area which was also clean and the water was warm. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The elevators could be busy at certain times in the day but never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes at the most. The building is in a busy area so quite a bit of traffic, and heard some street noise/sirens at night a few times. We chose to not park in the garage to save money, and were fairly easily able to use nearby lots or street parking instead. Overall we had an amazing stay here and would stay again!

The front desk and owner of this until have a disconnect. Check in is at 4p, but I wasn’t able to check in until 5pm. My son and I patiently waited until I pressed the issue. Otherwise, pool, beach access and studio itself was everything my son and I needed. Great location.

We had a great stay here with a few caveats...so you know what lies ahead. Room, which was a 1 BD, was as decribed, had everything you needed in the kitchen, had in room laundry, it was spotless and brand new. Furniture was very small, the couch was more of a settee. We had an enormous balcony, but only two small chairs on it. And no art work at all, which seems like no big deal, but it is odd. You are in a city, and it is loud, people in Miami Beach honk all the time and there is lot of construction of new buildings all around. 8 min walk to beatiful beach and you get 2 chairs and towels. There are a lot of restaurants within a quick walk. Easy parking around the neighborhood on street, you pay but very inexpensive. The public spaces in the build are excellent, the pool is amazing, the gym is legit, real weights, upto 85lb dumbbells and lots of free weights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
