「Vincent Resort is a good place to stay. The pool is nice, and perfect for family gatherings. Their place is close to shopping places, the walking street, and SM. . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was excellent and incredibly varied. The staff always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. They also have a shuttle if you want to go outside. They also offer services to the airports Manila and Clark.」

「It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. They provided remote controls that are not working, no batteries. You need to call for them to give you the password for the wifi. The...

「Good location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if there’s no damages to the room.」
