The breakfast was weird. Omelets were good but I think the chicken and bacon may be all that’s needed. And a waffle maker or two would be be nice.

Another nice stay here. My wife and I enjoyed the wonderful suite. The breakfast buffet that was included was excellent . The staff at buffet were great. We liked the pool. I have one issue to bring up. The pool has a no smoking area. We were sitting outside the pool. A man was smoking directly under the “ No smoking sign” right next to us. Incredibly , the pool attendant said nothing to him. It forced me to confront the man. He looked at the sign, looked at me, and continued to smoke. I got angry at him! He reluctantly moved to the smoking area only 30 feet away. I should not have to be the one to confront this man. The pool attendant must enforce the “ no smoking” section , not me!! Still love this hotel ! 5 star review!!! Thank you

Staff were very friendly From arrival to departure. The bed looked dirty; bed sheet appears to be blood stain and shoes stomped markings. I have videos and photos taken when I arrived and discovered.

I understand that check-in and check-out are set at a certain time but my flight arrived really early so I had nowhere to go so I went to the hotel hoping they would assist me with something. NOPE!! I sat in the lobby for almost 8 hours before I was able to get my room. Not once did they offer me a smaller room which I would have been ok with taking. The front desk attendant gave me a speech about how my room was occupied and once they checked out they would clean it and then I would be able to check in. It just felt like there was no thought put into how we can help the travelers. The gym was good but it had a leaky roof and towels laid around to soak up the water. I know it was rainy season but a little maintenance during dry season would be nice.
