We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am ) The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team! If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room. Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍

Deluxe Queen room included a king-sized bed, bathtub in the balcony, a bidet with a phone in the stall. Nice amenities, Replaced the pajamas that came with the room after first use. Room service was excellent: ordered seafood pasta and pizza and it was so delicious!

I like about the courteousness’s of the hotel staff from taking the luggage from the entrance of the hotel, to the check in registration, until we reach our Room. The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-designed the hotel is. The rooms are fantastic, offering ample space and a layout that caters perfectly to a traveler’s needs. The restrooms are state-of-the-art, adding to the overall luxury and comfort. Having visited many upscale hotels around the world, I was impressed that Midori has earned a spot on my top hotel list. The staff is exceptional—attentive and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. However, I do wish there were a wider selection of Western cuisine and more on-site dining options. I didn’t have the chance to explore whether the hotel offers shuttle services to malls or sightseeing areas, but that would be a great convenience for guests. Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect blend of comfort, style, and great service!

My positive impression of Midori Clark started at the entrance. I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services.
