「I cannot recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness. 」

「When I first entered the grounds I saw a sign “strictly no one under 18 “ I thought abit odd. Then as I was taken to the room I found out why the side of the building looked off … they are all garage doors to hide your car from prying eyes !! The room is upstairs above the garage !!!! Rooms are good and reasonably priced . Service was good 」

「Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff...

「房間的冷氣設備太差，較大冷氣就好嘈，較細冷氣就唔夠涼。房間好多螞蟻。早餐就不過不失，不能說好。唯一優點就是在機場隔離，方便揸完小型飛機就可番酒店房。酒店門前有3個車位，幸好我們是第3架，多一架都無位。」

「Wifi worked fine. Room was clean and soap and towel and blankets and A/C was provided. There was a pool but I didn't have a chance to use it.」

「We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.」
