"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. "The resort was very beautiful. The staff went above & beyond whenever requests were made for the rooms for the guests including if there was a minor issue with anything in the room. Everything was handled immediately without any issues or delays which I loved. The resort was very technologically advanced which was also very nice. It overlooked the ocean & was so spacious that it never felt crowded or that you needed space. I loved the shops at the resort so you could buy clothes or souvenirs since the airline lost our luggage. I was able to find something nice to wear to do a day trip to Santorini. There’s a spa on the resort so make sure you schedule an appointment with Paulina. Her team was great. The resort does need to provide better supervision early bird options for the guests for when they need to leave super early for tours. What is currently offered doesn’t work. You need to provide croissants, danishes or muffins the yogurt & some grain looking thing is not appetizing or filling. Or maybe provide the guests with the option of ordering food to be picked up at the main dining room. The food was just okay, it needed seasoning so it didn’t taste bland & better food options. The food wasn’t appetizing so I wasn’t able to eat much and went home starving. I was upset about that because people said the food was amazing. They must have been drunk. I loved all the entertainment they provided at night. It was very entertaining. The pillows & bed linens were comfy. ❤️"

"Gorgeous property with immaculate amenities! We got a balcony room with ocean view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern and upscale design with marble showers and floors. Opportunity for food and drinks at the main building and by the pool. The all inclusive dining was of great quality, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort. Also, they are very family friendly."

"Excellent location, walking distance to Plaka and a short car ride to Elounda. The property is well maintained and enjoys a private beach. The only negative experience was the overwhelming kids on the beach and the breakfast areas despite the dedicated adults only areas which were not respected by guests nor enforced by the staff."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are three main pools plus additional private pools for selected rooms, which is a great touch. The food overall was excellent. The buffet had a really good selection and the à la carte restaurants were mostly fantastic. The Greek restaurant was excellent and the Asian restaurant was exceptional — easily the highlight of the dining experience. Unfortunately, the Italian à la carte restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was genuinely poor and tasted like frozen food that had simply been reheated, which felt out of place compared to the quality elsewhere. There were also a couple of service issues. One day housekeeping completely missed our room, so I called reception twice to request fresh towels and for the bed to be made. They did eventually make the bed, but then forgot the towels. Not a huge issue, but something that shouldn’t really happen at this level of hotel. The room amenities were also a little underwhelming. There’s no minibar as such"
