「This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! We found our room, as well as the facility, to be extremely clean and comfortable. The decor is in keeping with the "lodge" feel. The lobby is welcoming with a massive fireplace and attractive stairwells. The indoor pool is a good size and depth for our grandsons, ages 12 and 9. I'm 73 used Expedia lost money and handicapped. Did not need this abuse. I would like our money back!!!!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Was there to watch my grandaughter perform in competition. 「They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.」
