"The hotel was super close to shopping and has a wonderful view of Inverness Castle, it is also right on the river. Needs some updating and fixing. Parking is down the street a block at the Cathedral where you can pay for 24 hour parking. "

"This is an old hotel right next to the train station. It was very convenient for me to stay the night before my trip to Glasgow. I booked a cozy single room for the night. The room is very tiny. The bed is very tiny. But that’s what I booked. So it shouldn’t have been a surprise. The Bathroom was surprisingly large given how tiny everything else was. The towels were nice water was a bit lukewarm. There was a heated towel rack which was nice. The shower is also very tiny.The bed was comfortable even though it was very tiny and I managed to sleep a few hours. I was really pleased that the window opened. It was perfect for a while so before continuing my trip of Scotland. I was able to leave my luggage while I wandered it round Inverness again. So really this is about convenience. Under the same circumstances I would stay again but perhaps book a room with a bigger bed."

"Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. "

"Charming and quaint home. It is much like a traditional Bn'B, but without the breakfast. The host was very kind and gracious, personally welcoming us at 10:00 p.m. for a late check-in. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. At this rate, I would have appreciated hair conditioner in the shower. Also, the room door lock did not work well. One small push and the door would open when "locked". Overall I would recommend a stay here, just research and inquire prior to booking. "
