「Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, Wir durften mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit 5 Stunden früher einchecken das haben wir noch nie erlebt auch das aus checken erfolgte mehrere Stunden später da wir nicht wussten wohin mit den Koffern. Die Klima hat nicht funktioniert was für uns aber kein Thema war, da es mit dem lüften hervorragend geklappt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「Stayed again in this hotel. Pretty convenient to get there and back from the airport via shuttle they offer. Breakfast was good, room was clean but small. I’ll stay again if I have an overnight layover in Istanbul.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...
