「The front desk was very friendly and patient, the room was clean and quiet, parking was convenient, a great hotel!」

We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. 「When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were.
