「It was not clear that this was a “contactless checkin which was a bit confusing. Lovely converted home, extremely well maintained with lots of comfortable shared spaces inside and out.」

「Unfortunately not the best stay. Elevators were continuously out of service and guests were forced to take the stairs. Valet service did not run sufficiently and the property is infested with ants. Any food items left in the room, on the countertops, caused ants to come out everywhere. Duvet spread was also not clean. I doubt that I will ever stay at this property again.」
