"We requested a room near the elevator and explained my mom is in a wheelchair. She gave us a room far away from the elevator. Got a little upset because we had a long trip and tired but have no energy to complain. There seem to be a lot of empty rooms though.. and a handicapped person entered his room after us.. near where we were. Anyhow I wish they gave us a handicapped room also because my mom has a hard time using the bathroom."

"Some lady parked her car between the car two cars in the two handicap spaces out front. Should not be allowed to park in that way. There were a dozen spaces around the back of the building that she could have used. Staff should have called the police to report her."
