「Let me start by saying we stayed here for a couple days because it was recommended by someone. After actually staying here, below are all the issues we had with and reasons why we will never stay here again: 1. Terrible food - we did all inclusive and never ate here after the first night. Very limited selection, potatoes were rubbery and unable to chew. 2. Staff - overall nice but not what would whoever in Mexico. 「Hotel has potential but is very tired. Shower is good, bed is fine, fridge in the room is great, pool is clean. No English spoken, had to change rooms because of boiler problem, lost electricity twice although not sure if it was just the hotel or more widespread. Hotel very overpriced for what you get. Old tiles, no plug in sink, marks on walls etc. just needs a redue. Worst part..I was the only guest in the entire place ! Never had that happen before, kind of creepy. Staff was very nice.」

「The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...
