「The remodel proved an improvement to Mills Falls. I stayed at Chase house this time around. And was not disappointed. The new mattress, pillows and towels were fantastic. I also loved their new line of toiletries. The building is quiet (but I did stay here in the off season)… and I appreciated the hotels amenities. We visited the Spa and pool at Church Landing (same business-but on the other sidebar the street). All of our treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. As was the spa locker room/ relax...

「The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

「I want to start by saying the staff at this hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which I tried to keep in mind, and because of how kind the team was, I truly did not want to leave a negative review. However, due to how sick I became during my stay, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I prepaid for a two-week stay. My first room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and the front desk quickly...

「Everything about this place is wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. The rooms were exactly what we reserved. They were super clean and very well maintained.
