「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「Lovely place to stay to be in the mood for history at their doorstep. Room 501, very quiet. Breakfast was absolutely fine, staff was very welcoming.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check check-in the staff person asked if I wanted to change to a regular room with the shower. Yes please. The room was clean. I especially liked the couch configuration. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Parking was good. 」

While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Location in old city is excellent and provided a good base for exploring Philly. Highly recommend」
