"When we got to our room, we found we had no hair dryer or hand towels. Upon trying to call the front desk about this, we discovered our phone was broken. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our 3 day stay. There was nothing in the room about the area, local restaurants or other helpful information. There was no tv guide, printed or on the tv. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. The staff, even the concierge could not answer our questions."

"Shower was clogged and so filled up that only one of our party even took a shower it was gross. The hair dryer didn’t work and looked like it had been taken from goodwill it was old and filthy the handle was all cruddy- I asked for a new dryer and the nice staff member brought it when we were walking out to check out about 50min later. the front staff were not very friendly rudely talking about others at the front desk also the instructions for the parking garage were confusing and I ended up paying extra for parking. The room next to ours was a storage room and staff were very noisy going in and out of it repeatedly from 11pm- 2am and then again early at 6am! So annoying. The hotel was clean and I appreciated the coffee and water in the lobby but all in all this was not a great stay and I will not use club quarters again."

"This hotel is exactly what you think it is, you need a place to lay your head at the end of your day. No frils, no perks, it got it done. I didn't particularly enjoy engaging with the staff, not my worst experience ever but far from hospitiable. I needed to stay one night near Philadelphia and it was fine for me, got myself some parking, got checked in, saw that the room and bathroom was clean, slept and checked out in the morning. If you're looking for anything more than that, I might recommend you keep looking."

"Great location by the water. Great food options just right outside. Walkable to other points of interest. Our only hiccup was housekeeping not replacing our towels when they came and cleaned. Other than that we were so relieved to have booked a great hotel during our time in Philadelphia."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront Philadelphia. Although we arrived in the evening and checked out early the next morning, we wish we had more time to enjoy this wonderful property. The hotel appeared to be newly constructed, and everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. One of the highlights was the fantastic location along the Camden waterfront, which provided spectacular views of the Ben Franklin Bridge. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and kind, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The only challenge was parking. Because the hotel is located near American Water and the waterfront area, parking options are limited, and the garage fee of $31 per night felt a bit steep. Fortunately, we were able to find free street parking across from the hotel on Saturday evening. Despite the parking situation, I would highly recommend this hotel. While it may cost a little more than properties farther away, the location, views, and quality of the accommodations make it well worth the price. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Camden, New Jersey. I’ve included several photos of our beautiful room to help future guests see what they can expect. ★★★★★ Highly Recommended."

"The first room given to my husband and I was very filthy, you could visibly tell it was not cleaned after prior customer. There was a terrible body odor left behind, bathroom sink stopped up and food particles in sink, toilet filthy. There were grease smudges and finger prints everywhere. So we ask for a different room, same issues except no horrible B.O. left behind, but just as dirty. Coffee maker has dry used coffee pod and mild, human stool on a wall by bathroom, toilet filthy, roach on wall. Trash can in hallways full, plus people staying there while home compromised allowed to place their 13gal trash bag by hallway trashcan. There are empty baggies on stairways and mold on ice machines. Teenage children hanging out late night, strange characters walking around parking lot."
