「Room clean.」

「Checkout is noon. They started knocking at 11 then every 15 minutes until we left.」

「Staff great, room great. Coffee was mediocre.」

「Honestly a really nice and cute hotel. Only thing is that when you pay at the beginning they add a 20% fee for incidentals, which is fine, but every time they did that the screen would show one amount and the charge on my bank app would show another. I honestly think the system automatically charges the 20% but they add the 20% on before they enter the amount so it’s almost like double charging for incidentals which it comes back to you but still should look into why their machines do that. 「Lovely person at front desk carried luggage up for us since no elevator.」

「This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. 「性价比高的酒店,旁边加油站方便加油和买饮料，距离市中心很近。早餐可以，前台员工很友善又愿意帮忙。推荐入住。」

「Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.」

「A lovely hotel. Close to the town. Easy parking. Cozy and clean room. Friendly owner. Definitely it’s a great experience to stay overnight when you visit galena. 」

「The room was clean and it had a nice fireplace.」

「Second time staying here. Clean rooms, staff is friendly and helpful. Next to Blauhm Bros which is perfect for a nightcap.」

「Upon arrival hot tub under maintenance, which was a big point in us choosing this property. Luke warm showers at best on our room. Otherwise relatively clean, but the room smelled strange. Very quiet and seemed in a safe location. One morning's breakfast was quite good and one not very good.」

「this would be a location where you just want to get a night's sleep. Cheap amenities, small TV with incomplete list of channel selections.」
