「One night stay before we drove to rapid city, it was pretty clean. Front desk staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was fine, but the exhaust vent was covered in dust and dirt. For the price it was a good choice.」

We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「We had a perfect stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good and hot. No parking issues. Zero issues overall.」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「The staff was wonderful and very kind. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were down for renovation. With outside temps were reaching 100 degrees and more, the air conditioning worked great. 」

「The air conditioner was not functioning and it was very hot the whole night. We asked front desk and they said will send for repair but nothing happened. There was also no towel in our room. We had to ask for towel. The elevator was super wet and smell very bad. It does come with free breakfast which was good. Absolutely limited parking as a party was ongoing taking away all the parking. Staff in the front desk was burned out. If you need something quick just to sleep, it is okay but be prepared...
