「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」

The rooms are very comfortable and cosy, they are tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. 「The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities. Staff were great. Sadly, the main restaurant wasn't open when I was there, but the bar was nice. A little annoying to have to pay extra for parking without warning, would have been nicer to be able to include that in the payment upon booking. Overall was a good experience, would definitely stay again. 」
