「The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. 「We recently stayed at the Gem on a Saturday night and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is stylish, well run and the staff can't do enough to assist you. Everyone was so professional. Also worth noting is that the Full English breakfast is excellent. 」

「Really nice hotel, rooms were lovely , staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good, starting at 4am was perfect for us. It is a good 5 minute walk from the terminal which on a cold February morning wasn’t pleasant but ok. The other odd thing was the shower was warm , not hot but the water from the sink was hot. Not pleasant having a shower in warm water in February but other than that would stay again」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」
