Did not honor Hotels.com rates.

Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. Com always helps us out.

Avoid both OYO and Hotels.com

I arrived at this properly in the evening after flying in from the UK alone for a holiday. The property was in darkness, the occupier spoke to me via a ring door bell and told me my booking had been cancelled as hotels.com didnt confirm payment by 6pm that evening or something. A party had apparently booked the other rooms and my room. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in darkness, a lone foreign female traveller with no support from Hotels.com or OYO. They also charged me the full cancellation fee of over £700 which they said they would refund, I still haven’t received this. I begged the occupier for help as I had nowhere to stay, they said they already contacted a motel for me who had agreed to charge the same price for the room, arrived at the motel to be told they had never heard of the ranch for a start and hadnt recieved any phone calls from them. I will never be using hotels.com or OYO ever again.

It's literally a ranch. Beautiful land, quite, safe in cozy setting, a home like feel. Staff was friendly and prompt. I found it enjoyable, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

I couldn't stay at the ranch they had a septic leak. Which nearly ruined a quiet getaway with my wife. However the staff Serene in particular went above and beyond and found me a wonderful place to stay. When advisor the septic link I was never contacted that I could not stay there that is the fault of either the ranch or the website of hotels.com

Pleasant but needs fine tuning.

Overall it was pretty good. I did wake up an find the front door unlocked from other occupants not locking it which was a little concerning. Also there was no chairs really to watch tv in my room and no desk to get work done. I looked in the kitchen and there weren't outlets near the table for my laptop so I made my own table ( see picture) in my room. Worked out pretty well. Overall it was pleasant. The animals are nice to hear in the morning. The place is spotless and the owner is great. Definitely call when you are coming. I felt very safe there ( except for the front door thing.) Nice room.

The OYO Family Ranch is an expensive Day Spa for your Soul! The staff is attentive, kind and just simply wonderful! The animals are in charge and they collectively run the place. Just a great experience! I extended my stay! Proud US Marine

Allright, but not what Hotels.com presented.

Definately a little different than I was expecting, because I booked a room with a bathroom inside the room, but Hotels.com was wrong. So I had a shared bathroom, but it worked out okay because of my schedule being different than the person sharing. Cute ranch with horses and other animals to welcome you.

Apparently the Expedia booking was not up to date. After booking it we went to the property and met the proprietor who was most accommodating. She said they didn't have the booked space but gave us a room that is not usually used for guests. We just wanted a place to lay our heads. It was quite comfortable and we slept well. The property is a horse ranch and is beautiful.

Amazing property. Pet friendly. Horse rental on property! It was the feel of a hotel stay away from home, as well as staying at a luxury ranch amongst friends and family at the same time! what an experience!
