The property and facilities were fine, though i found it disappointing that the room ac wasnt on at arrival to cool the room prior to us getting there. Also, the facilities werent checked and the kettle was obviously damaged and had to search to find the power point for the tv. Minor details, but when tired from driving those little things are easy to have been done beforehand and a pain fo an incoming quest. At the pricepoint i would have expected better as we had stayed in cheaper priced accomodation in the cbd which was better.

Everything was great except for the dirty cup that wasnt cleaned or replaced but when we got back from our outing they had replaced the dirty cup after we had let them know previously, apart from that everything else was clean. Staff were lovely and very friendly. We will give them another go if we stay in Pakenham again.

We had to check in late, but the accomodating staff made arrangements for us to pick up the room key and ensured the process was smooth and easy. Great place to stay!

Convenient location

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. The train station is a 15 minute walk away as is the local shopping centre. The club next door provides good meals. Our only criticism is with the size of the bath towels and the fact that consumables such as milk and toilet paper are not replenished when the stay is longer than 1 night.
