Older 1970's-80's building, thicker interior solid brick wall, with fairly modernised interior. The facilities where in clean and working condition, and what a reasonable person would expect from most modern motel/roadhouse accommodation. Check in staff were good, and cleaning staff worked quickly and efficiently.

A great location for family when your child is enrolled at Monash. A little dated around the edges with upkeep likely needed, especially in the garden. But had all that we needed. I was slightly surprised that we didn't receive some sort of compensation for having no power for 18 hours - no fridge, no lights, no electricity. Now, I understand it was an act of God and the whole city was out of power, but even a suggestion for some sort of compensation would have been appreciated.
