the location. n.b. trams do not service that part of lygon street. there are busses they dont leave from Southern cross or Flinders street. staff were good the balcony needed cleaning. interesting area live music till 11 except sun and monday. soon as the live music stops the hoons start and all is quiet by midnight

For the price, the location and room were excellent. The room was much larger and better equipped than various similarly priced places I've stayed nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and having 24 hr reception was also convenient. Can be noisy sometimes eg late nights on weekends, but it is expected given the location. Would stay again.
