「The property is clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast is good with lots of options. I felt safe as a female traveling alone.」

「Room and layout was fantastic. Staff were nice and professional. Room dishes, countertop and island were not clean. But I always travel with my own Clorox wipes and Lysol 😊 I would definitely stay at a Hyatt House again!」

「Hotel was clean and we actually had our room upgraded which was nice! Only stayed for one night so cant say much about staff assistant or amenities. The water bottle refilling station in the gym was handy though!」

「Breakfast was good. Parking was free and convenient. The room was clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. We would stay again.」

「超级好」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「Room was very clean」
