「Bethany very helpful at front deck; called prior to arrival very kind and courteous. At check-in polite and listened to my requests. During stay answered my questions. She was always smiling which is contageous. 」

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
