"Worn appearing room, toilet paper in toilet making me question how much the room was cleaned ahead of time. Reminded me of a hostel. Honestly, wouldn’t pay more than $75 a night to stay there. Check-in was easy. Valet parking easy. Would not stay again. "

"The room was clean but a bit dated. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We did not part take in the breakfast as we felt it was a bit pricey and we had an early morning appointment to keep. The valet parking service was terrific."

"Breakfast was good except for one morning cook mixed chives in the scrambled eggs for color (why) kids and most adults did not touch them."

"After my first stay here with family during Pitt’s admitted student day, I’ve chosen this hotel every time I come out to Pitt- four times now? It’s clean and there is a spa-like scent that wafts through the whole building. The location in the center of campus cannot be beat, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. "

"Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an idiot to try to figure things out rather than have a staff person help."

"Loved staying at the William Penn Omni. Excellent location within walking distance of theaters, Market Square, Station Sq, museums, restaurants and the Strip district. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially enjoyed talking to Patrick who was our bartender). The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The breakfast was ok. We didn’t have many interactions with staff. Shops nearby are conveniently located and much to do . We were happy with our stay, clean and up to date. There is a train that runs right by the hotel and runs often. It didn’t bother us but should be noted. Still would recommend. "
