They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. 「They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either.」

「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」
