"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Rivet House. The hotel decor was very cute, and the staff was both courteous and professional.
The rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also had dinner at the on-site restaurant which exceeded my expectations for both food quality and service.
The only downside is the location of this property. It’s in an industrial area and there are trains running nearby at night. They provide ear plugs which are helpful, and the rooms facing the front of the property fair much better with the noise. The difference was night and day.
Overall, I would stay here again when in the area. I suggest you do the same."
"I have stayed at several Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, Westins, etc. etc. and this is my favorite hotel by far. Service is always wonderful, the rooms are beyond spotless, and the staff goes out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I work in motorsport and come up to Braselton often and always stay here when it's available. "
"Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, walkable/close to many different restaurant options. Fast food and sit down dining are all available close by. This hotel is also close to an established Tanger outlet and a Walmart just down the road."

Cannot give this hotel 5-stars due to the cost of the breakfast. It is out rageously priced. Like other Hilton hotels, breakfast should be included.
Also, if you like water fountain water, be prepared to bring your own water. The water isnt filtered and does not taste good."
