「Clean well located room in Santa Cruz」

「We love this property. Rainbow, crystal, Gabriele, Chris are part team that make it worth while. Rooms are great, didn’t have it cleaned in three days (not by our choice), the common restrooms during a busy weekend were dirty. They were not properly staffed for the graduations weekend (again, no fault of the bar and serving team), but all in all, if in Santa Cruz, no where better to stay. 」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby.
