「Clean spacious family room, well equipped and lovely breakfast. Only slight negatives were the kids bed was a fold out sofa bed and this meant they had to share. Also the fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working properly so no cold drinks but the minibar was complimentary which was nice (soft drinks only).
Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again due to ease of access to the city centre via the metro and close proximity to the airport. 520 bus from the airport drops you...

「the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.」

「隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！」

「First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work).
Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...

「This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! 「入住這間酒店必須要有能通話的號碼，否則不能進入酒店（他們沒有大堂，大樓感覺是住宅）。因為Expedia跟酒店溝通的問題（他們沒有收到訂單）我們在外等了站一小時，強烈建議到達前先通知酒店。
酒店有提供水果跟飲料，非常貼心的服務。也有提供地圖及回酒店的巴士路線。
房間大但整潔有待改善。雖然房間很漂亮但衛生間好像沒有多清潔。可能因為他們不知道有客人沒有多打掃，入住時有看到蟲子跟蜘蛛，杯子也沒有清潔。
酒店距離地下鐵大概要走十至十五分鐘。」
