「The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots.」

「I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus. Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel. 」

「There was a super king size bed in the room which took up most of the room and made placing luggage and moving about difficult, a double bed would have been plenty and then there would have been room to move. The staff were very friendly and helpful, air conditioning was good and the location of the Hotel was excellent being close to parks, municipal theatre etc. Will stay again but we will make sure we get a room with more space. Breakfast was the usual Brazilian hotel breakfast and was fine.」

「Had to pay 40 Real to the hotel for the luggage storage as we arrived before the official check in time. First time ever that a hotel charged me as guest for a service that you could expect when being a guest.」

「今回は非常に残念でした。 案内された客室は、日が届かない暗い部屋でした。快晴なのにずっと暗くて、特に朝は快適とは言えませんでした。 また、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、あの暗い部屋に3500レアルは高すぎる感じを持っています。 四時になっても部屋のベッドメーキングや掃除がされていない日があり、急ぎお願いしました。また、毎日ルームバーのチェックをしていますが、ある日飲んでもない水にチェックが入っており、請求されていました。チェックアウト時にわかったのですが、ボトルが冷蔵庫の奥にいっており、適切にチェックされていなかったことが分かりました。 なので、低い評価をしました。」
