MUITO RUIM

Lamentável os problemas apresentados desde a minha chegada. 1.estacionamento, escuridão total, com elevador estragado, tive que subir com a mala 2 andares pelas escadas. 2.fiz a reserva de 1 quarto com cama de casal, mas ao finalizar o check-in fui informado que so havia cama de solteiro. 3.pedi a janta, me entregaram sem os talheres, que so entregara meia hora depois, pq eu reclamei, comi comida fria. 4.barulho insuportavel por um longo periodo.

O Hotel perde na sua sanha meramente econômica; cheguei 13:20 e se eu pagasse 100 reais poderia entrar, senão teria que esperar as 14 horas. Criou uma insatisfação por causa de alguns minutos com hotel vazio, tinha quartos disponíveis, mas só se pagasse a mais. Não volto mais.

This is a good hotel if you need a place to stay after a late-night arrival in Rio. The hotel is fine but the area isn't that great. For the price though, it's a decent value. The breakfast is actually really good. Not fancy but very tasty.
