「The hotel was quiet, super clean, and well furnished; staff was very friendly/courteous/helpful. Also, valet parking was unusually responsive/efficient! The courtesy transportation to UF Shands Hospital was an unexpected bonus.」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「The staff was really nice, but staying here made me feel really poor. Upon driving up the half Days Inn sign and outside of the building..that was just an eyesore. There was no phone in our room. The lobby is just atrocious… due to the smell. The bedroom was very nice, but the bathrooms could use an update. 」

「I write a lot of reviews and I always try to be fair. The hotel could have been cleaner in some areas. Glitz with fingerprints and sticky, poorly maintained areas that are frequented by guests does not impress. The chairs and tables in the dining area still had food on them even after my wife and I watched the staff “sort of” wipe them down. We didn't need food on the seat of our clothes. That evening the coffee in the lobby had something unidentifiable floating in it and the cream was curdled....
