「The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...

「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. 「Great spacious apartment, so much bigger than it looks in pics. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer (room 102) as well as a lift. Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly staff. The location was perfect, although the street can be a bit noisy at night, you can hear outside music from the living room but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms so we had an uninterrupted sleep. We were 3 females, stayed for 7 nights and felt completely safe even late at night....
