「Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.」

「When I booked the hotel with Expedia, I booked it on an all inclusive deal. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I only had bed and breakfast. I tried to contact Expedia to rectify the situation but after many phone calls to their automated service, and using the chatbot service, I was told it didn’t recognise my booking number.
