「伦敦拱门酒店属于世界小型奢侈酒店，房间数不多。位于海德公园演讲角附近，离红线marble arch站步行5分钟左右，周围是居民区比较安静，不远处有TESCO超市。离帕丁顿站打车不到十分钟，6人座uber9英镑。服务人员都比较热情，含的早餐有免费点单热食。不过，从地铁站走到酒店的路上要小心，遇到过一次小偷，幸好及时发现。」

「Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. 「sewage nearly blocked . The smell flows all over the room. The aroma it used at main reception hall flows to restaurant. I am eating the aroma/smell rather than eating the food.」
